We owned 53 Press Machines to meet various demands from our Customers. Our Press Machines line up from 25 tons up to 160 tons that are capable to manufacture various metal parts from 0.1mm to 4.5mm thickness of materials such as Spcc, Secc, Aluminum, SUS, Silicon Super Dyma, Zam, brass and copper.
Fine Blanking Line
We have 2 FB press lines, this is a signature technology from Hatano Seimitsu Co. Ltd., that manufactures small parts to large thickness parts with high level of preciseness. It is an advance technology that enable to meet customer demands with high quality products, lower cost and shorter delivery time.
Fabrication of Dies, Jigs
JFB have machines that are capable to fabricate and manufacture Dies such as Mitsubishi Wirecut Machine, Mitsubishi EDM Machine, grinding machines to name a few.
